landscape and culture. Tuesday morning found us heading west on
I-94 to north Hwy 52 and then west on Hwy 200 and into Hazen ND. I was
surprised to see such an abundance of water pooled in depressions across
the plains supporting a great variety of wildlife. This would be the point
where we would cease to be a group as Barb and I continued solo the next
morning and headed to US 2 and Glacier National Park, a first visit for
both of us. It was a pleasure to roll along the next three days alone,
first to Shelby Montana then over Logan Pass and on to Spokane and finally
home to Auburn. We spoke of places we had been, people we have meet and
where we might travel next.
Hope to see you on the road
Dan and Barb Bilow
